Kinder Rec is the transition class between our Kinder Tots and Rec Gym program.
Here, parents are encouraged to step back from assisting their child during class time for more independent learning.

Your child will learn more about personal growth mindset with our qualified coaches mentoring them on how to navigate through the challenges that naturally comes when learning new skills.

Rec Gym is our foundation program and is a great class for beginners wanting to learn the basic skills of gymnastics.

Your child will progress safely through a 7 badge level pathway to ensure there is steady learning for their gymnastics skills across eight disciplines including strength, flexibility, apparatus and partner lifts. We honour their achievements at the end of every term with a routine day and celebration day!

Private Lessons are open to a variety of students.

Whether you are coming across from a different sport wanting to learn valuable tips and tricks that will help you advance your skillset.
Or if you are a current gymnast wanting to advance your skills in a one to one setting that is completely tailored to you.

Half hour private lessons are usually suffice for most athletes, however contact our team to discuss your needs and we can advise you on what your best options are.
Bronze Tumbling

Bronze Tumbling is suitable for beginners who are only interested in learning floor gymnastics skills.
​
Our coaches will teach your child how to perform the following skills in a safe and progressive way; Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, back bends.
This class is also a great addition for any current Rec Gym student who want to get that extra practice in, in a safe environment.

Silver Tumbling is suitable for those who can do the Bronze Tumbling skills and would like to advance to more challenging tumbles.
​
Your child will learn how to perform the following skills in a safe and progressive way; front and back walkovers, aerials, front saulto, back saulto, front handsprings, back handsprings.
​
This class is also a great addition for any current Novice & Intermediate Team gym student looking to advance their tumbling skills.
